Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management, or a related field.
- ISTQB certification for Testers is preferred, or at least familiarity with ISTQB standards.
- Over 2 years of experience as a QA Lead in the banking industry.
- Experience in testing Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine) is preferred.
- Proficient in using Jira.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in agile project delivery is an advantage.
- Familiar with Linux commands, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willing to commit to a 12-month contract with a possible extension.
- Strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Developers, and users to design software.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly test progress reports.
- Create and plan testing strategies.
- Review manual and automation test scripts and scenarios.
- Manage and monitor the QA team and assist with test execution when needed.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of testing results.
