Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang
- Support implementation and ensure the stability of code repositories and deployment pipelines
- Design and build scalable microservices architectures, ensuring efficient service communication
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
- Implement feedback, improvements, and system enhancements proactively
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs aligned with enterprise standards
- Utilize tools like Kafka for distributed messaging and Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Ensure system reliability through logging, monitoring, and tracking (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Create clear technical documentation and system visualizations to communicate project architecture and flow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field
- Proven proficiency in Go programming
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Golang developer
- Experience implementing Apache Kafka in distributed systems
- Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful APIs according to enterprise standards
- Understands and is able to implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Strong understanding of ORM, database optimization, indexing, and transaction management
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and tracking systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools)
- Familiar with working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and oriented toward quality
