Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance accounting role, preferably within the Finance Accounting industry
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Experience with accurate accounting software
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance

Job Description:
- Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK).
- Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions, including general journals, general ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee tax reporting (PPH, VAT, etc.) and maintain accurate tax documentation.
- Audit and Internal Control.
- Prepare data and documents for internal and external audit purposes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide financial information
