Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts, expand product range and usage with a focus on exceeding sales growth.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Stay up to date by attending educational programs, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Ensure current clients are satisfied and receive exceptional day-to-day service.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while developing existing client relationships.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and internal teams.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields such as Computer Science/Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skills: presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
