1. Company

Company module contains profile company and organisation structure which dynamically change in accordance to business plan and strategy. The design of organisation in chart format will be displayed here and provide the role or HR along with all structures. We can set all organization related to company to ease control multi company, multi branch and location.

Through this module we can view and analyze needs and availability all position with job description and function and responsibility of all employees vertically and horizontally.  Every position and structure will have correlation to employee information and other modules used to get information related employees and organization.

2. Employee Information

Module to keep records of all employee information related to various aspects such as complete profiles, facilities, leave and other information that correlates with every employee.

The Employee Information provides the central point of information source for each employee. A HRIS user is able to access all aspects of employee information as all information from other modules that related to personnel will also update employee information.

3. Time and Attendance

Time activity and schedule in roster of daily, weekly and monthly per employee, per role will be set in this module. Tracking of attendance, leave, overtime, permit and sickness and on duty recorded and manage to get productivity employees and used to payroll process.

4. Benefit

Compensation of employee’s contribution through benefit consists of many schemes, such as: salary, medical insurance, loan, pension, car and motor facility. Reimbursement of all these benefit manage in benefit module, all employees request reimburse in workflows through self employee services. Once approved, payroll engine will automatically process all reimbursement.
